Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join their children's residential home in Liverpool. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about making a difference to young people aged 10-18 with complex needs.

The Role: You will supervise and support residential care staff, lead activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a small team of care staff
  • Assist with staff scheduling and home management
