We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Shunter Driver to work in the PR2 area.
Job Details
- Sunday night to Thursday night
- Shift times: 12:00am - 8:00am
- £19.08 per hour before 6:00am
- £16.36 per hour after 6:00am
- 28 days paid holiday per year
Duties
- Moving trailers around the yard safely and efficiently
- Yard shunting using tractor unit/cab
- Ensuring trailers are parked in correct bays
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Completing vehicle checks where required
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous shunting experience preferred
- Good awareness of yard safety and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
