Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home (6 Beds)

Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, LN8

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Contract: Full Time | Permanent

We are seeking a passionate and motivated leader to manage a 6-bedded children's residential home in Market Rasen, providing high-quality care and support for children and young people with complex needs. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and regulatory compliance of the home, ensuring children receive outstanding care in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the home
  • Ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and safeguarding requirements
  • Driving continuous improvement, quality and best practice
  • Managing, developing and motivating a high-performing care team
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, local authorities and other professionals
  • Monitoring service performance and delivering positive outcomes for young people
  • Promoting a culture focused on wellbeing, personal development and achievement

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
