Careermakers is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Sleaford. This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the correct care is provided to residents & the right support is provided to staff.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Support the Home Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
  • Active NMC Pin
  • Previous nursing home experience (Minimum 3 years)
