We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Shunter Driver to work in the PR2 area.

Job Details

  • Sunday night to Thursday night
  • Shift times: 12:00am - 8:00am
  • £19.08 per hour before 6:00am
  • £16.36 per hour after 6:00am
  • 28 days paid holiday per year

Duties

  • Moving trailers around the yard safely and efficiently
  • Yard shunting using tractor unit/cab
  • Ensuring trailers are parked in correct bays
  • Following all site health and safety procedures
  • Completing vehicle checks where required

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Previous shunting experience preferred
  • Good awareness of yard safety and procedures
  • Reliable and punctual
