We are recruiting an experienced Class 2 Beavertail Driver to join a well-established powered access company based in Kent. This is a permanent position offering consistent work, strong earning potential, and long-term stability, with a contract provided from day one.
You will be responsible for delivering and collecting powered access equipment using a Class 2 beavertail vehicle, working on customer sites and ensuring all equipment is handled safely and professionally.
Working Hours
- 50 hours contracted
- Average 60 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available when required
- Start times from 05:00 (or earlier depending on route)
- Expected finish around 16:00, though most days finish later
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect powered access equipment
- Operate a Class 2 beavertail vehicle
- Secure loads safely and in line with regulations
- Complete daily vehicle checks and paperwork
- Maintain a professional approach on customer sites
- Comply with road traffic, health & safety, and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Previous beavertail driving experience (essential)
- Powered access experience (essential)
- Valid IPAF ticket (essential)
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good knowledge of UK roads
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
