We’re expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy Industrial recruitment division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys speaking to people from all walks of life. Whether you’ve got recruitment experience or come from a background in admin, customer service, or even logistics – if you’re confident on the phone and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing: * Sourcing and screening candidates for industrial roles: warehouse operatives, production staff, FLT drivers, pickers/packers, cleaners, etc. * Using job boards, social media, referrals, and local advertising to attract talent * Conducting telephone interviews and initial candidate assessments * Registering candidates, checking right-to-work documents, and updating compliance records * Matching suitable candidates to live job vacancies quickly and accurately * Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs * Maintaining regular contact with workers and managing availability * Keeping systems up to date with candidate and job details What We’re Looking For: * Some experience in recruitment/resourcing, HR, admin, customer service or a fast-paced environment is beneficial * Comfortable working to deadlines and handling multiple priorities * Great communication and organisational skills * Confidence using systems, email, and phone * A proactive, can-do attitude – someone who enjoys helping people find work * Knowledge of industrial/logistics roles and working environments (a plus, not essential) What You’ll Get in Return: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Full training and development – ideal for someone starting or progressing in recruitment * Opportunities for career growth into consultant or account manager roles * Supportive, down-to-earth team with a strong work ethic * Hybrid working available (depending on experience) * Team incentives, recognition schemes, and company events Sound like the right fit?
