Responsibilities as a Hospital Director:

  • Provide overall leadership and operational management of the hospital service
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and financial performance targets are achieved
  • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives and business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with commissioners, referrers, and external stakeholders
  • Fulfil Registered Manager responsibilities in line with CQC regulations
  • Support commercial growth and service development opportunities

Requirements as a Hospital Director:

  • Previous experience in a Hospital Director
  • Clinical background with a strong understanding of mental health services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
