Location: New Mills

Salary: c. £30,000 per annum

Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4:30pm | Fri 7:30am-11:30am

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Packaging & Quality Information Coordinator to join our friendly, fast-paced team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate packaging and raw material data, supporting regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and quality activities across a multi-site business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain packaging and raw material data on the mainframe system
  • Complete customer and Environment Agency portals with packaging waste information
  • Raise production, customer, and logistics specifications
  • Support sustainability initiatives and routine quality checks

About You:

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, well organised, and a confident communicator
  • Clean driving licence (multi-site role)
