Position: HGV CE- collections and deliveries

Location: Liverpool L11

Salary: PAYE £15.28 PH

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, start 8am

Info: We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in the Middleton area, we are looking for multiple class 1 drivers to work for a company that is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services across the UK. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced and professional class 1 drivers to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing manual lifting as part of the role
  • Handling packages with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded to prevent damage
  • Maintaining accurate records of collections, including any deviations from the planned route or schedule
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to various destinations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, and any incidents.
  • Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.

Requirements

  • Valid Class C+E driving license.
  • Digital Tachograph card needed
  • CPC Driver Qualification card
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Class CE Driver due to insurance purposes
  • Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
  • A professional attitude with excellent time-management skills.
  • No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes
