Position Overview: As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the project management team by preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of civil engineering projects.

  • Prepare detailed estimates for civil engineering projects (groundworks, surfacing, drainage, roads, sewers, streetworks).
  • Review and analyse project specifications, drawings, and site surveys.
  • Calculate accurate costs for labour, materials, and equipment required for each project.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather quotations and information for cost analysis.
  • Provide support in assessing risks and project timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Proven experience as an Estimator within the civil engineering sector, with a strong background in groundworks and civils.
