CareerMakers is recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service based in Croydon. The successful Registered Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standards.

Responsibilities as a Registered Branch Manager:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care delivery.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, audits, and regulatory requirements to maintain safe and effective service provision.
  • Manage and develop care staff, including recruitment, supervision, training, performance management, and rota planning.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, professionals, and stakeholders while overseeing referrals and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Requirements as a Registered Branch Manager:

  • Experience in a Registered Manager role within domiciliary or adult social care
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
  • Proven Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - desirable
  • Experience in dementia, learning disabilities, or mental health services
