CareerMakers Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced End of Line Operator to join a busy food production based in Eccles (M30). This is a physically demanding role working at the end of a production line, involving manual handling and heavy lifting of finished products. Candidates must have previous production operative experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Working at the end of the production line
- Handling, stacking and moving finished products
- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Previous Production Operative experience is essential
- Ability to carry out heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours
Working Hours
- Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
- 6:00am start
- Standard 8-hour shifts
- Candidates must be flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts when required
