Deputy Manager Barry, Vale of Glamorgan (CF62)

We are recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager for a multi-site role within the CF62 postcode, just 10 minutes drive from Barry town centre. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, making a real difference in their lives every day.

What you will do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support workers
  • Provide 1-1 support and promote independence and well-being
  • Work across multiple residential and respite sites within the CF62 postcode
  • Be part of an on-call system
  • Support service users with challenging behaviours in a rewarding, varied role

What we are looking for:

  • QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with willingness to work towards Level 4
  • Driver essential for multi-site working
  • Positive, professional, and people-focused
  • Confident with electronic systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel
