Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Location: Bradford, BD7 | Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking to make a real difference in childrens lives? Join a 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) childrens residential home rated GOOD by OFSTED, where you will lead a supportive team and deliver outstanding care. Key Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day management of the residential home
Lead and develop a team of residential care staff
Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with OFSTED and Regulation 44
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Promote positive outcomes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
Contribute to care planning and staff development
