We're seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Project in DEESIDE. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing construction sites
  • Strong background in site management
  • SMSTS certification (or equivalent)
  • CSCS Manager card
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Timber frame experience

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage site from bare land/cleared site to end of project
  • Overseeing the full process from groundworks and foundations, steel frame/structural build, cladding, roofing and internal fit out
  • Reporting back to higher managers
