Clinical / Forensic Psychologist
Location: Wiltshire (Melksham, Devizes, Salisbury) | Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs | Salary: £60,000 | Hybrid + Travel Required

Were looking for an HCPC-registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to bring expertise, compassion, and innovation to childrens residential and supported accommodation services in Wiltshire. Youll work across multiple homes, including a specialist assessment home, helping to transform the lives of children and young people with complex needs and high-risk behaviours.

What youll do:

  • Deliver psychological assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, systemic approaches).
  • Provide consultation, reflective practice, and training for staff teams.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners within safeguarding frameworks and court processes.
  • Embed trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches to care.

What youll need:

  • Doctoral-level training & HCPC registration.
  • In-depth knowledge of child/adolescent development, attachment, trauma & ACEs.
  • Experience with high-risk behaviours in 24/7 staffed environments.
  • Full UK driving licence & own car.
