CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for experienced and reliableClass 2 (Cat C) Driversfor an ongoing contract inRuncorn. This role involves the delivery of alcohol products to commercial clients, offeringstable weekday hourswith potential forovertime and long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries of alcohol to pubs, bars, and retailers
- Ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of goods
- Handle loading and unloading of stock (manual handling required)
- Maintain delivery paperwork and follow company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to health & safety standards (PPE required: safety boots and hi-vis)
Requirements:
- A validClass 2 (Cat C) licence
- Minimum 12 months experiencedriving Class 2 vehicles
- A good knowledge ofUK road safety regulations
- Physically fit able to handleheavy lifting
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
