We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Line Leader to join our busy warehouse team based in M17.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing a production/warehouse line
- Supervising staff to ensure targets and quality standards are met
- Supporting daily operations including picking, packing, and assembly
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining productivity and resolving any issues on the line
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to working hours
Flexibility Required:
While standard hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm, candidates must be able to start earlier (from 6:30am) or finish later (up to 6:00pm) when required.
