Careermakers are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in the heart of Southport. Rated GOOD by the CQC, the home is recognised for delivering high-quality dementia, nursing, and residential care.

Working alongside a supportive Home Manager, you will lead and provide clinical governance to a stable and dedicated team of carers and nurses, ensuring exceptional standards of care for all residents.

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Previous management experience within a care home
  • Registered Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
