Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage stock storage, organisation, and inventory accuracy while maintaining safety standards.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities and coordinate with logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse operatives, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Drive KPI performance, identify process improvements, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Essential: Previous e-commerce warehouse experience.
