We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Depot Administrator / Transport Office Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role within a busy depot environment, offering full-time hours Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:

  • Managing the office and monitoring entry/exit into the depot
  • Downloading tachograph cards daily for CPC card holders
  • Reviewing driver performance and liaising with drivers
  • Managing contractors whilst on site
  • General administrative and operational support duties

Please note this is not an exhaustive list and duties may vary depending on business needs.

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday
07:00 - 15:30
£12.71 per hour

Requirements:

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous administration or transport office experience preferred
  • Confident using computers and handling paperwork
