Job Advertisement: Class 2 Road Sweeping

Position: Class 2 Left side drive road sweepers Location: Worsley Salary: £14.50ph or £16.25 ph with Holiday pay

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Only- 06:00am starts- Up to 12-hour shifts

Info: We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in the Worsley area, we are looking for multiple HGV C drivers to work for a company that is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services across the UK.

Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced and professional Class 2 drivers to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Left hand side drive
  • No handballing
  • Road sweeping of public roads, building sites, and housing estates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate of goods to various destinations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, and any incidents.
  • Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 (C) driving license.
  • Tacho Exempt (No Digital Tachograph card needed)
  • CPC Driver Qualification card
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Class 2 Driver due to insurance purposes
  • 1 week worth of training
  • Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
  • A professional attitude with excellent time-management skills.
  • No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes
