Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

  • Lead the overall running of the nursing home, ensuring safe, effective, person-centred care delivery.
  • Ensure full CQC compliance, managing audits, inspections, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop staff, driving performance, accountability, and team development.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and resources to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement, implementing action plans and improving quality standards and resident outcomes.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

  • Proven experience managing a nursing home, with a strong track record of operational leadership and compliance.
  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).
