About the Role
Careermakers Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a client seeking a results-driven, Polish-speaking Account Manager & Sales Executive to join their growing remote team. This is a sales-first role with a strong focus on business development, revenue generation, and client growth. You will take ownership of accounts while actively identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach and lead conversion
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with a focus on revenue expansion
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to maximise retention and spend
- Turn inbound and outbound conversations into qualified sales opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and growth
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Polish (essential) written and spoken
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
