The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally within façade installation
- A strong background in high-end residential construction.
- SMSTS certification (or equivalent).
- A valid CSCS card.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations.
- Subcontractor/labour management.
- Planning all materials and deliveries ahead of time.
- Ensuring all paperwork is in order
- Reporting to directors on a daily/weekly basis.
- Programme management; long term and short term.
