We are recruiting for an experienced RGN or RMN to join a friendly and supportive clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care to residents within a comfortable and welcoming care home environment.

The Role
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
- Complete clinical assessments and regularly review care plans
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to any changes
- Support residents with a range of nursing and care needs
- Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals
- Provide guidance and support to care staff on shift
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Ensure high standards of dignity, choice and independence are maintained
About You
- Current NMC registration
- RGN or RMN qualification
- Good clinical knowledge and confidence
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting would be beneficial
