Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + Excellent added benefits!

You will support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, leading a stable care team and ensuring exceptional standards of resident care and service delivery.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager
- Support the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring high standards of dementia care.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding procedures.
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments and medication management to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing.
Requirements as a Deputy Manager
- Previous Deputy Management experience within a care home setting
- Level 4 or 5 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards
