Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?
The Role
As Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for the clinical care of residents during your shift, ensuring their individual needs, choices and dignity are respected at all times.
You will work closely with care colleagues, families and external healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive safe, effective and personalised care.
- Delivering high-quality nursing and clinical care
- Administering medication safely in line with NMC guidelines
- Assessing and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
- Creating, reviewing and updating individual care plans
- Responding appropriately to changes in residents' health
- Liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting residents with complex, progressive or end-of-life care needs
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and completing clear shift handovers
- Ensuring safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures are followed
- Providing guidance and support to care staff and new team members
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
About You
To be considered for this Registered Nurse position, you will need:
- Valid NMC registration and PIN
- RGN or RMN qualification
- Good clinical knowledge, including medication management and wound care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach
- Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent care to older people
- Flexibility to work the required shift pattern
