Career Makers are working with a well-established care provider who are looking for an experienced Area Registered Manager to oversee multiple complex services across Cheshire West & Liverpool.

Responsibilities as an Area Registered Manager:
- Take overall responsibility for the quality and performance of multiple services
- Act as the CQC-registered manager for one or more services
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to Service and Cluster Managers
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and development
- Promote a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and excellent outcomes
Requirements as an Area Registered Manager:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards it
- Previous management experience within supported living, learning disabilities or complex care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Full UK Driving Licence
