CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Project Mnager on behalf of our client based in Warrington, WA3 AREA.

Working hours
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Responsibilities
- Engage with projects at the feasibility and concept stages, providing supportive project leadership during design
- Work with our inhouse engineers and designers to review drawings, specifications, risks and constructability considerations
- Identify technical or programme risks early and feed these into mitigation strategies
- Attend design reviews, planning meetings, and client engagement sessions.
- Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers and resource requirements
- Coordinate with external bodies including Local Authorities, DNOs/IDNOs and other industry stakeholders to secure approvals
- Ensure pre-construction documentation is accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Work closely with our inhouse Design Team to enable a seamless, structured and documented handover from design to delivery
- Ensure construction teams have clear visibility of design intent, risk profiles, programme constraints and required interfaces
- Support Service Delivery in preparing for mobilisation and start on site.
