This is a varied and hands‑on position that combines workplace operations, meeting room support and customer service, helping to deliver an excellent experience for everyone who uses the offices
- Coordinate daily workplace and facilities activities.
- Prepare meeting rooms and support client and internal events.
- Provide hospitality and first‑line AV support.
- Monitor office standards and help resolve workplace issues.
- Support reception, print and post services.
- Assist with health, safety, security and sustainability initiatives.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and service-focused, with a positive approach and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience at all times.
