I’m currently partnered with a leading international law firm that’s continuing to grow its Property Managed Legal Services team across the regions. This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer (0–3 PQE) looking to build their asset management experience within a high-quality, process-driven environment, while still working closely with major clients and large-scale property portfolios.

The role will involve:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents (leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents, etc.)
  • Supporting and managing transactions including lease renewals, assignments and terminations
  • Working closely with in-house legal, estates and operational teams
  • Helping manage large property portfolios in a structured, efficient way
  • Providing clear, commercially focused advice aligned to client objectives

What they’re looking for:

  • 0–3 years’ PQE (England & Wales qualified)
  • Experience or a strong interest in commercial property / asset management
  • Exposure to portfolio work or high-volume matters is beneficial
  • A commercially aware, solutions-focused mindset
  • Interest in legal tech and more efficient ways of delivering legal services
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Why consider it?

  • High-quality work with well-known clients
  • A strong platform to develop asset management expertise early in your career
  • A more structured and predictable working environment compared to traditional private practice
