Trademarks Formalities Paralegal London ref 13099 Here is a unique law firm, an outstanding IP practice that enjoys an award winning reputation.
The team now seeks a Trademarks Registry Paralegal to support them.
This role will require a bright and enthusiastic individual who is keen to work in a team of 3, supporting Paralegals and fee earners.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, established in Trademark administration, likely to have 2 years Trademark Formalities experience.
If you hold the CITMA certificate, that will be great too.
You no doubt want to join a highly regarded Trademark team within a highly celebrated firm.
The role will involve - Accurately recording and maintaining deadlines for all matters in the practice database.
Diligently monitoring deadlines and ensuring they are met.
Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications.
Preparing and filing all registry forms including for oppositions and recordals.
Reporting and carrying out trade mark and design renewals (experience not a requirement).
Preparing initial cost estimates for trade mark and design filings.
Preparing trade mark and design schedules for clients.
Onboarding new client portfolios.
Maintaining and updating the database of foreign agents and client allocation lists.
Keeping abreast of updates in UK, EUIPO, and international trade mark practices.
