Career Legal in London is partnering with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an Early Careers & Development Coordinator. You will help recruit, onboard, and develop trainee solicitors, solicitor apprentices, and vacation scheme participants, guiding them from attraction to qualification.

Working with the Early Careers & Development Manager and HR team, you will coordinate events, assessments, onboarding, and learning programmes while maintaining candidate communications.
