My client, a London Law Firm, are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their high-performing Recruitment team. The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Advisor, providing essential support across all stages of the recruitment process. It’s a key position that ensures a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike, while upholding best practice across the function.
Duties will include:
- Managing the shared recruitment inbox, prioritising and responding to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders promptly and effectively.
- Taking full responsibility for interview coordination, from sending calendar invites and reserving meeting rooms to arranging virtual or hybrid interviews where required.
- Drafting and formatting offer letters and contracts, ensuring all details are accurate before final approval by the Recruitment Manager or Advisor.
- Acting as the main liaison between candidates, hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and Executive Assistants, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager and Advisor in delivering a joined-up, efficient and professional recruitment service, ensuring processes remain consistent and aligned with firm standards.
- Managing the offer process by sending out documentation through DocuSign and monitoring completion within agreed timeframes.
- Contributing to wider recruitment initiatives, project work, and events that enhance the firm’s employer brand and candidate experience.
- Managing the employment screening process, including background, DBS, Verifile, and Acuity checks, and liaising with the Risk & Compliance team where appropriate.
- Monitoring screening progress, producing regular reports on outstanding checks, and ensuring all verification requirements are fulfilled before start dates.
- Assisting with the collation and presentation of recruitment data, contributing to management reports and analysis of key hiring metrics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a recruitment coordination or resourcing capacity, ideally within a professional services or partnership environment. You will be detail-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong organisational skills, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with a confident and professional manner.
