We are partnered with an elite global law firm who are seeking to hire a Paralegal to join their highly regarded Real Estate Finance team in London. The successful candidate will work closely with associates, partners, and senior paralegals, assisting with the coordination and management of complex transactions from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing legal documents, forms, letters, and transaction-related materials
  • Obtaining documents and certificates from relevant authorities and agencies
  • Conducting searches across databases and document repositories and preparing reports
  • Proofreading and preparing documents for submission and completion processes
  • Maintaining transactional document records and ensuring accuracy throughout transactions
  • Assisting with signing and closing processes while liaising with internal support teams and legal professionals
About You
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Comfortable working within a team-oriented, client-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of legal concepts and transactional procedures, ideally within Finance or Corporate law
Requirements
  • Law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) plus LPC/SQE preferred
  • Previous Paralegal experience within a transactional practice area, ideally Finance or Corporate
