My client, a leading law firm based in the City (Holborn), are seeking an Office Services Assistant to join their team on a permanent part time basis working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
You will be joining the current Office Services team of 3 who are responsible for reception, hospitality, overseeing the smooth running of events, facilities and mailroom and reporting directly into the FM.
THE ROLE- Delivery of the exceptional customer service experience to all colleagues and guests visiting the firm
- Daily postal duties
- Accurately monitoring different types of documents
- Post room & print hub care
- Ordering couriers, taxis and flowers
- Archiving tasks
- Daily preparations for the meetings and events that take place in the office
- Manage visitor and meeting room bookings
- Check the office floor space every day, ensuring that our facilities are in order
- Oversee event and hospitality management
- Able to deputise and cover reception, hospitality, post room duty & office services personnel
- Work with the FM maintaining site procedures and deliver basic Health & Safety management related tasks such as fire risks induction and power failure procedures
- Take facilities helpdesk calls
- Managing monthly planned maintenance bookings with contractors
- General office repairs
- Previous relevant experience within the customer services or office services field
- Excellent team player
