We’re excited to be working on a newly created Executive Assistant opportunity within a well-established City law firm. This is a busy, high-visibility role supporting senior leadership and offers a great mix of traditional EA responsibilities and light legal secretarial work.
About the Role
You’ll be working closely with the Managing Partner and Head of Corporate M&A, as well as supporting the wider leadership team including the FD, COO, and Chief Marketing Officer. This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management across multiple stakeholders
- Meeting coordination and preparation
- Billing support and basic legal admin (e.g. drafting letters, understanding legal terminology)
- Involvement in internal comms such as newsletters
- Assisting with event organisation – including their upcoming 40th anniversary celebrations
- Ad hoc administrative support across the wider leadership team
Please note: This is a pure EA role with occasional secretarial elements – ideal for someone who enjoys variety and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an EA role, ideally within a law firm or an in house legal team
- Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders at senior level
- Confident, positive and highly organised
- Ambitious and proactive
- Happy working 4 days per week in the office (this is non-negotiable)
