Prestigious law firm are looking for an experienced and organised Document Production Assistant Manager to lead their evening shift team. What you’ll do:

  • Lead, support, and develop the evening Document Production team.
  • Oversee workflow using BigHand Now, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide hands-on document production support when needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries during the evening shift.
  • Work closely with the Day Assistant Manager to maintain a cohesive, high-performing service.
