My client, an award winning, international Law Firm who work with some of the world’s leading businesses, is currently recruiting a Senior L&D Advisor on a 12 month FTC basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a L&D Advisor to take the next step in their career.
The Senior L&D Advisor will report directly into the Head of L&D and will be heavily involved in the design and delivery of blended learning methods across the firm. The key duties will include:
- Help develop and implement the firm’s learning and development strategy (with a particular emphasis on E-Learning and delivering online sessions due to current circumstances)
- Support the L&D Advisors with running planned sessions for the Business Services and Lawyers
- Liaising with speakers and reviewing all training sessions
- Supporting the Head of L&D in creating a suite of professional skills courses, delivering internal training, and carrying out ad-hoc duties
- Developing the strategy for coaching across the business and managing the coaching logistics for relationship matching
- Managing the communications with all Lawyers to ensure that their training is up to date & maintaining the spreadsheets of qualifications.
The Senior L&D Advisor will have previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment with a strong track record of the design and delivery of blended learning materials within a Law Firm or Professional Services. The candidate will be client focused and credible with senior members of staff, they will be experienced in negotiation and influencing as well as managing several different projects at once. They will be able to build strong relationships and will have a positive attitude.
