I’m currently partnered with a leading international law firm that’s continuing to expand its Property Managed Legal Services team across the regions. This is a great opportunity for a mid–senior level property lawyer who enjoys hands-on asset management work, regular client interaction, and being part of a more modern, delivery-focused legal environment.
The role will involve:
- Acting as a senior advisor to clients, working closely with in-house legal, estates and operational teams
- Leading on the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of asset management documents (leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents, etc.)
- Supporting the delivery of legal services across large and often complex property portfolios
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements
- Managing matters efficiently and providing clear, commercially focused advice
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a high-performing, team-driven environment
