The firm are looking for a Senior CRM Executive. In this role, you will take responsibility for the maintenance, configuration and continuous improvement of the firm’s CRM system across their global offices.
You’ll play a key part in supporting marketing and BD initiatives by ensuring data quality, managing technical updates, onboarding new users, and training staff to get the most out of the system. Key Responsibilities- Maintain, configure and improve the CRM (InterAction) system to support firmwide initiatives.
- Oversee CRM data change requests and manage data quality across all offices.
- Coordinate with IT teams and developers on integrations, migrations and troubleshooting.
- Manage onboarding of new hires, teams and office openings within the CRM.
- Support compliance with data protection policies and retention strategies.
- Liaise with external vendors and maximise the use of CRM add-ons.
- Deliver CRM training to new starters and marketing staff globally.
- Plan and run workshops and create supporting materials (e.g. guides, tipsheets).
- Develop internal newsletters or bulletins to raise awareness and share best practice.
- Upskill and support Data Stewards with CRM knowledge.
- Provide CRM support for wider business and IT projects.
- Assist with CRM upgrades and rollouts of new features or modules.
- Deliver useful reports and insights for marketing and business development.
- Act as a key contact for technical queries with IT and external suppliers.
Essential:
- Strong experience working with a CRM system (InterAction highly desirable).
- Previous experience in a professional services environment (legal, finance, consulting, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy and protection best practices (e.g. GDPR).
Desirable:
- Experience managing CRM-related projects or system upgrades.
- Training delivery or coaching experience.
- Working knowledge of system integrations and data mapping.
