We are currently partnered with a top international law firm – they're looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis in their London office, working as their new Senior Conflicts Analyst.
This is a newly created role within the firm as they look to expand their conflicts team within the wider Risk & Compliance department.
The team, led by their General Counsel – includes a wide range of experiences Lawyers and support staff. This role will sit within the New Business Intake team and initially report into the General Counsel while they set up a brand new structure for a dedicated conflicts team.
As the successful Senior Conflicts Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
– Working with the GC and Risk Legal team to provide technical leadership on conflicts analysis
– Liaising with fee-earners to resolve conflicts
– Reviewing and clearing conflict checks
– Keeping the firms' red and amber client lists up to date
– Ensuring the firms' policies and procedures are adhered to
– Mentoring/training/supervising new staff and junior staff members
+ much more.
To be considered for this Senior Conflicts Analyst opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
– Have at least 4 years' experience within LEGAL conflicts
– Ideally, have worked in a large international law firm
– Be able to work to minimal supervision
– Be able to commute to the London office
– Have experience working with Intapp
– Have a clear and relevant understanding of the professional rules and guidance
