Senior Associate (Commercial Real Estate) – 4+ PQE
We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their thriving team. The firm has one of the largest full-service real estate practices in the market and advises major clients across sectors including consumer, financial services, education, energy, health, life sciences, and technology.
The Role
- Act for a wide range of occupier and investor clients on high-quality matters.
- Take day-to-day responsibility for client relationships and play an active role in business development.
- Handle a varied caseload with exposure to both national and international work.
- Work closely with colleagues across practice groups and offices.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Key Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with ideally 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
- Strong experience in landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, and investment work.
- Excellent technical ability alongside commercial awareness.
- Strong client management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
