The Role
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value transactions, including:
- M&A transactions involving real estate assets, including the sale and acquisition of companies, unit trusts, and other entities
- Joint ventures and co-investment structures
- Public and private fundraisings
- Management agreements, promote arrangements, and incentive plans
- Advisory work across the real estate, hotels, hospitality, and private wealth sectors
Candidate Profile
