Our client is a reputable international law firm retaining many FTSE 100 clients, they are now looking for a collaborative and professional Recruitment Manager, to join them on a permanent basis. The primary focus of this role is to provide recruitment support within the Fee Earner space.
Managing all recruitment end to end, whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders and Partners. Be accountable for the fee earning recruitment processes through the entire lifecycle, including permanent, interim hires, graduates/trainees and apprentices. Support on advising hiring managers on appropriate selection techniques.
Lead the continuous development and improvement of recruitment practices and processes and provide innovative solutions to resourcing challenges. Ensure strong diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment process, supporting and encouraging managers when needed, whilst complying with all relevant employment or other law, including data protection compliance and GDPR.
Manage the Digital Legal Delivery UK & EMEA recruitment budget, tracking return on investment from recruitment initiatives and activities. Seek to recruit the best available talent in the market, including attracting 'passive' candidates through channels other than traditional recruitment agencies and through constant improvement of our approach to selection.
Supporting the wider Recruitment team in driving direct sourcing to achieve savings targets, reviewed annually. The Recruitment Manager will ideally have 4 years’ in-house recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, along with a sound understanding of current recruitment trends.
It is essential to demonstrate strong influencing & negotiating skills while being able to work in a high-pressured environment and make sound commercial decisions. The Recruitment Manager will be a confident, pro-active professional with an innovative and credible approach.
