Job Description
My client, a well renowned international Law Firm, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their firm on a 12 month FTC basis.
This role can be based in eitherof the Firm’s regional offices across North West and West Yorkshire.
Salary – Up to £63k
This Recruitment Manager role will be managing a recruitment team of 4, dealing with day-to-day "Business Services" recruitment and being involved in project work.
Duties will include:
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters and resourcing assistants, ensuring effective delivery and clear objectives
- Oversee firm-wide recruitment initiatives, such as new system implementation, brand positioning, inclusive hiring approaches, and agency panel reviews
- Manage the vacancy approval process and contribute to strategic workforce planning in collaboration with HR and Finance teams
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, legally compliant, and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Build and manage strong relationships with external suppliers, evaluating performance and maximising return on investment
- Collaborate with reporting teams to analyse and present recruitment data, including pipeline diversity, hiring trends, and agency effectiveness
- Support the annual pay and benefits review for business services, driving data gathering and analysis
- Promote a direct sourcing approach using tools such as talent mapping, job boards, and networking platforms
The Recruitment Manager will need to be an experienced Recruiter, with knowledge of working in a "Partnership" Professional Services environment, adept at leading a team and dealing with day-yoday recruitment.
