Are you a confident, organised, and personable professional who thrives in a front of house role? We’re looking for a proactive Receptionist to join one of our top tier client sites on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the view to becoming a longer-term opportunity.
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you’ll be the face and voice of the organisation. You’ll provide exceptional reception support, manage calls and enquiries and ensure the smooth running of reception and communal areas.
The ideal candidate will have previous reception experience, be an excellent communicator, have a warm & bubbly personality and be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Working hours will be Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm (7.5 hour working day).
Duties will include:
- Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up appropriately
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Administrative tasks as needed by the wider team
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area ensuring meeting rooms are kept to a high standard
