Permanent Opportunity
My client, a top UK law firm, is actively seeking an experienced and professional to join them on a permanent basis in London – working as a Paralegal in their Real Estate team, focusing on Post-Completion matters.
You’ll be part of one of the largest teams in England & Wales, with 18 Partners – working on a wide variety of property transactions. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of property work in and busy and friendly team.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Managing own caseload of high volume property sales
- Dealing with all aspects of post-completion (including dealing with requisitions)
- Managing a large number of deadlines
- Conducting extensive research
- Providing support and assistance to Fee-Earners within the team
- Providing clients with weekly or monthly updates/progress reports

To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed law degree (LLB/GDL)
- Have prior/existing Property or Post-Completion experience
- Be able to commute into the London office 3/4 times a week
- Ideally, have experience in completing SDLT returns and experience dealing with developers and/or housing associations
